While my standard policy doesn't permit returns or exchanges for artwork, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise during delivery, or you may encounter issues with your order. Your satisfaction is important, and I am here to address any issues that may arise in a personalized and thoughtful manner.

Custom orders are non-refundable, once payment is received securely through my website, I begin ordering supplies, prepping boards/canvases, readying my work space, colour matching and out sourcing specific colours requested for your custom request. All details of commissions are spoken and agreed prior to purchase and I will update you on your custom piece throughout the creation process.
